My name is Crosby Fay and I am an (Interdisciplinary Studies) Athletic Entrepreneurship and Sales Major. This Site is a guide through all of my work for Senior Seminar!
My IDS program has changed since the beginning, but it has gone great. Originally, I focused more on exercise physiology and did not enjoy my work. I switched to an entrepreneur and sales-based focus, but I am still in the athletic world. The switch has helped me gain business skills as well as management skills and will help me do more of what I intend to do after I graduate. I plan to continue to further my professional career as a racquet teacher and aim toward a director role. In my internship I have gained a great deal of management experience while still teaching request sports. Working at a large, high-end resort has allowed me to see all aspects of management, from finance and personnel to plant management and repair.
